We loved staff and food. Plenty of supplies in the room: TV, a writing table and an iron. We found nice Starbucks nearby with hot beverages.

The room was gorgeous and the staff was thoughtful! The view from my room was awesome. The swimming pool was covered too. Besides, I could easily park on site. Fancy hotel with a central location.

cozy room, lovely location, the most important - very gracious staff. i got free upgrade and loved it. swimming pool and main bar were there. reasonably priced restaurant just a walk down to the hotel.

Perfect stay in the extremely safe area. Great modern hotel, awesome staff, a decent size room, elegant bathroom. The location of the venue was central. Welcoming lobby.

Cool place, flexible staff, pleasant views. I liked the fact that the room was convenient and bed was lovely. Breakfast looked incredible with a wide range of options. Location handy, close to freeway.

Good staff and food, perfectly pleasant experience. The bedroom was actually pretty nice. The pool was lovely too. The restaurant was lovely and food was tasty.
The bathroom I had was tiny.

Recommend it. The service in general was welcoming. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. We went to Antojito's Mexicano's, located just walking distance from the hotel, to have some dinner.

the staff were helpful and the building was traditional. there were an iron, coffee/tea making machines and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. comfortable hotel, we will choose it for sure next trip.

Located very close to bars and restaurants. The bed was comfy and food was fabulous. A kitchen was ok for us.

All members of staff were TERRIFIC. Even the Merced Municipal airport was not so far. Great place for weekend in Santa Nella.
